Adult Bible Fellowships
Looking to get plugged into the Grace Baptist Family? Join an ABF!
ABFs provide a place for the Grace family to meet and study God's word together in a small group setting and have time for fellowship, prayer, and connection on a deeper level. Many of our ABFs are multigenerational, and we encourage believers of all different ages and walks of life to gather together in community. ABFs meet on Sundays during both services. The Youth Summer Choir is resuming this Wednesday at 4:00pm in the Choir Room behind the Worship Center. GRACE CHAPLAIN MINISTRY
Seeking Volunteers
The Care Department is seeking godly men from the Grace Family who would like to volunteer for a 4-hour shift in the morning or afternoon during business hours. This valuable ministry provides support to our Pastors of the Week by answering calls or conducting informal meetings with those who call or walk-in in search of support, biblical guidance, and prayer as they share their current life struggles. Anyone interested can email counseling@gracebaptist.org or call the church office to speak to Wagner Floriani at 661-296-8737 X153 for a volunteer application.

Join Us!
Do you have special carpentry or repair skills and are willing to join our Home Team Ministry? Home Team provides free to low-cost maintenance repairs for our widows, senior members, and single moms. If interested in serving in this worthwhile ministry, call Wagner Floriani at 661-296-8737 X153 for a volunteer application.
Grace Kids
This Sunday, we’ll finish our study of Jesus’ parables which revealed truths about his kingdom. His parables explained how people in his kingdom should live. They also taught what his kingdom is like. In this week’s study, the kids will unpack a parable Jesus taught about guests who were invited to a king’s wedding feast. They will learn that Jesus invites us to join him in heaven, the great wedding feast. When we receive his invitation, Jesus gets us ready by clothing us in his righteousness. Salvation is a free gift for everyone who trusts in Christ. However, not everyone will accept Jesus’ invitation to join him in his kingdom. No matter the cost, followers of Jesus should obey him and still share Jesus with others.
Please pray for our kids to accept Jesus’ invitation to become part of his kingdom and believe in him by faith for forgiveness of their sins.

AWANA 2023-24: Registration Now OPEN!
AWANA Starts in September! Space is limited, so register NOW! The Awana curriculum helps kids age 3 through 12th grade grow with God from small to tall. We use it as Youth in Jr. High and High School will meet on Monday nights from 6:30-8:30pm. Interested in serving? Consider being a table leader, secretary, room director, or game leader!

Parents, we’re pleased to invite you to our second parent evening! You’ll be provided with dinner, as well as, an opportunity to connect with your student’s leaders. We’ll spend time together looking at the plans for the 2023-2024 school year, including the teaching series and events. Together, we’ll be taught about purity and modesty in the 21st Century and how you can help teach your students how to glorify Christ in this aspect of life. Our prayer is that you’ll be blessed by this time of fellowship, teaching, and prayer together.

Youth Group is back for the Fall and we’re excited to get back into the normal rhythm of Wednesday nights. If you’re new to Youth Group, we meet on Wednesday nights from 6:30 – 8:00pm in the Timothy Student Center (TSC). Come to the Lobby and we’ll help you find where you need to be.

Grace Young Adults
Grace Young Adults is a college/post-college ministry (20s and 30s). Our desire is for young adults to be anchored in Christ. We exist to equip and inspire college and post-college-aged young people to powerfully live out the gospel. We do that through monthly events and weekly Grace Groups.

Grace Women TOGETHER: Fall

We're so excited to gather again for another evening of casual friendship! This evening will include snacks, an encouraging testimony, and designing your own tote bag to take home! If you're feeling crafty, you can paint your own design, or you can design it with paint stamps! Either way, it will be so much fun and we hope you'll join us! This is a great opportunity to be neighborly and invite a friend to church! So bring your neighbors, friends, and family — any female you know over the age of 14! The cost is $5. Senior Adults/XYZ Bible Study
Our Senior Adults (55+) meet on Tuesday mornings from 10:45am-12pm in the Conference Center (Building A).
We enjoy quality time together in fellowship, lift our voices in a special time of singing, and delight in excellent teaching. Right now we’re enjoying going through the Book of Psalms and finding the sweet refreshment of God’s songbook. As a special treat, we also have an extended time of music on the second Tuesday of each month. We’d love to have you join us.
