Welcome to Grace Baptist's Children's Ministries webpage. Thank you for allowing us to partner with you in the spiritual development of your child. We are excited to minister to, and with, you and your child.
Check-In is Coming!
Soon we will begin using a new electronic “check-in” system here at Grace. Here are the facts you will need to know:
· Why Check-In? Grace is committed to the safety and security of our children. The check-In process will help ensure each child is registered in their specific room, that any special needs, allergies, or other concerns are communicated to those caring for your children, and that a class roster provides a real-time list of children in the teacher’s care in the event of an emergency.
· What is Check-In? Parents will use computer stations designed specifically for registering their child in their class and printing labels required for both the parent and child. This process will be quick and easy, whether checking in one child or an entire family.
· Where is Check-In? Initially, check-in stations will be located at the west end of the Worship Center lobby near the entrance to the nursery. There will also be 2 stations in the hallway across from the His Kids Office window on the ground floor of the Children’s building.
· When is Check-In? Check-In will begin with the Nursery (ages 0 to 36 months) on the weekend of May 12th & 13th. We plan to expand check-in to include all preschool and elementary age children beginning the weekend of June 2nd & 3rd.
· How will Check-In work? Using your last name or last 4 digits of your phone number, parents will “check-in” each child to their classroom for one or both services. When a child is checked in at a computer kiosk, three labels will be printed. One will serve as a name tag. A duplicate will be placed on the “sign-in sheet” in the child’s classroom. A third label will serve as a “claim ticket” for parents to use when picking up their child at the end of service. While most families are already a part of our database, newer families may need to take a moment to provide additional contact information to complete the check-in process.
The Children’s Ministry team is here to help you. We are excited about this new ministry tool and hope that your family will enjoy the check-in process.
Thanks in advance for all your help!

Mission Statement
To come alongside the family in their attempt to build a spiritual foundation, that in God’s timing, will lead a child to be a faithful follower of Jesus Christ.
Purpose Statement
The purpose of Children’s Ministry is to help children and their families grow in their relationship with the Lord Jesus. Each child from the nursery through 6th grade needs a safe, caring and loving environment so that they can begin to learn and understand spiritual truths. In Psalm 127:3 God reminds us that our children are a gift from Him. We as a church take this God-given trust seriously. Children’s Ministry provides a comprehensive ministry to our children and their families. Our prayer and desire is that each child who attends Grace will come to a place in their life where they will accept Christ as Savior and Lord and continue to grow in their walk with God.
