Prayer
How can we pray for you?
Prayer at Grace Baptist
Charles Spurgeon rightly said, “prayer can never be in excess.” The practice of prayer undergirds all we do at Grace Baptist Church—engaging with and relying on God as we make and multiply Christ-followers who magnify the glory of God. As brothers and sisters in Christ we take comfort from the fact that the Father cares about the needs of his children and invites them to bring every need before him. Therefore, we are committed to regularly praying for our church family both in seasons of thanksgiving and supplication. Please let us know how we can pray for you by using the form above or dropping a prayer card from the pew into one of the collection boxes in the Lobby.
Power Plant
Power Plant is a weekly prayer group that meets before the 8:45am Sunday Worship Service services, to pray for our pastors, leaders, congregants, and needs within the church. Modeled after the famous group that met at the Metropolitan Tabernacle in London, we believe that it is the power of God alone that can change people at Grace. Please consider joining us at 8:00am on Sundays in the Prayer Room.
Prayer Partners
After each service, our elders and prayer partners from the Grace Baptist family are available to listen and pray for the needs within our congregation and community. They will be located at the front of the worship center, on the floor adjacent to the right of the stage prepared to show the love of Christ by bringing your requests before the Lord and pointing you to resources within the Church body.
Prayer for Expectant Mothers
Grace Baptist is thankful for the growth of our church family, and we know the unique demands and circumstances of life that expectant mothers face. It is our joy to come alongside these women during this special time to regularly pray for their individual situations and needs.
